The OspreyDeepclean Ltd machine servicing and maintenance department operates nationwide engineer coverage for the repair of our technology. We endeavour to respond to machine breakdowns within 48 hours of being notified and we achieve this with over 90% of our repair requests.
We have a dedicated email address (email@example.com) where all of the engineer requests can be sent to ensure that all jobs are scheduled in a fair and timely manner.
For each repair we need to know the following details:
Model of machine and serial number
Brief description of fault(s) and what the machine is or isn’t doing
Purchase Order Number
Site contact name and telephone number
Full site address of the machine and invoice address if different
For single, small machines repairs we will arrange for the machine to be uplifted from your site and brought back to our Cheltenham workshop for repair by one of our own in-house technicians. For the larger machines in our range or multiple small machines in one location we arrange for an engineer to attend site to carry out the repair. For health & safety reasons this means there must be a fit for purpose area where the engineer can work safely. Occasionally there are times when machines cannot be repaired on site, in which case the engineer would then uplift the machine to be repaired in one of our workshops located around the country.
